Grade Nine students map their communities

Last year the grade 9 civics class sponsored by the World Wildlife Federation created a map of the Eastern Shore communities. Julie Adamson; artist and Janet O’Brien; teacher compiled the students works and created a map for display at SMECA. Special thank you to community member Ruth Legge for providing our students with this learning opportunity.

SMECA has teamed up with Ross Screen Print to offer an ONLINE school clothing store! Lots of styles and colours to choose from! The store is open to everyone -- students, staff, parents/guardians, family, and alumni. Get the perfect gift in time for Christmas! The deadline to submit orders is Thursday, October, 24th.

Happy shopping!
